Terms of Service
Last updated 6 August 2026
These terms cover the use of Stampollo by shop owners who run a loyalty programme and by customers who collect stamps. Using the service means accepting them. Stampollo is a product of Totuma Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
What Stampollo is
Stampollo is software that records stamps and rewards. We are not a party to the loyalty offer itself. The reward is promised by the shop, honoured by the shop, and paid for by the shop. If a shop declines to honour a reward, closes, or changes its offer, that is a matter between the customer and the shop.
For shop owners
- The subscription is billed monthly through Stripe after a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the paid period. We do not refund part-months.
- You are responsible for the loyalty offer you configure and for honouring rewards your customers legitimately earn.
- You must not use customer data obtained through Stampollo for anything other than running your own loyalty programme, and you must not sell or share it.
- You are responsible for keeping your kiosk display in view of staff only. Anyone who can see the QR code can claim a stamp.
For customers
- Stamps have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are valid only at the shop that issued them.
- Do not attempt to obtain stamps you were not given — for example by photographing, reusing or sharing a shop's QR code. We may remove stamps obtained this way.
- If you have not linked an account, your stamps live only in that browser. Clearing it or losing the device loses them, and we cannot restore them for you.
- A reward screen is live for a short window and is intended to be shown to staff in person. A screenshot is not a valid reward.
Availability
We aim to keep Stampollo running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Shops should be prepared to record a customer's handle by hand if the service or their internet connection is unavailable, and credit the stamp afterwards.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, does not pay, or uses Stampollo unlawfully. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.
Liability
Stampollo is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost stamps on an unlinked device, or for a shop's failure to honour a reward. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Where we are liable, our total liability is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that means accepting them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes not covered elsewhere in these terms are brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU or UK, nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim there.
